Printer Setup and Troubleshooting

• Our technician will arrive to discuss your needs, set up and connect your printer to your home network, and configure up to two devices with printing and/or scanning capabilities.
• We will check and replace paper, ink, or toner as needed (supplies provided by the client), clear any jams, and verify the printer's proper operation.
• If issues arise, we will update drivers, reset the printer, and perform additional setup as necessary.
• The service does not include consumables, repairs, or setup of other devices like 3D or industrial printers, nor does it cover network or computer troubleshooting beyond printer setup.
• We will answer any questions and provide support to ensure your printer functions smoothly.

New Computer, Tablet or Mobile Device Setup

• We will set up your computer, tablet, or mobile device on first startup, including initial configuration.
• For computers, we perform printer and software installations, configure internet and email, and run performance optimizations.
• For tablets or mobile devices, we add them to your Wi-Fi network, set up app store accounts, and install up to two apps.
• We adjust system and power settings and discuss best practices for security and data protection.
• The service excludes data transfer, hardware repairs, virus removal, and moving existing systems.

Virus Removal and Operating System Repair

• We will troubleshoot and diagnose software issues on a single device, providing cost estimates for any hardware upgrades needed.
• We will repair operating system problems, including boot errors and blue screens, and remove viruses or spyware if detected.
• For computers, we streamline the user interface by removing unwanted programs, configuring startup services, and installing critical updates.
• We will test the device thoroughly to ensure all issues are resolved and everything functions correctly.
• Additional hardware repairs or upgrades will be estimated separately if required.

Technology Reset Service

• We will confirm you have the necessary login information and access to your devices before starting.
• We will perform factory resets on up to 10 selected devices, including smart TVs, home devices, and monitoring systems.
• The reset process applies to devices regardless of where they were purchased.
• We will verify that you can no longer log into your devices and that non-app-based devices are at the initial setup screen.
• The service does not include Wi-Fi setup, troubleshooting, or device installation and configuration.

Data Transfer Up to 500GB

• We will discuss the scope of work to ensure the service meets your needs before starting.
• We will transfer or back up up to 500GB of data from one computer to your chosen storage medium, preserving file structure.
• We will confirm successful data transfer and demonstrate how to access and navigate your data on the destination device.
• We will share best practices to keep your data, devices, and network secure.
• The service does not include transferring more than 500GB, data recovery, device setup or repair, or software transfer.

Data Transfer Up to 300GB

• We will discuss the scope of work to ensure the service meets your needs before starting.
